Nginx upstream proxy requested with TLS1.0
This is my session of verifying that nginx requests upstream pub.dev using TLS1.0 and when requested some other site (dartlang.org) it works as expected and requests that site using TLS1.3.
In the video I show only one alternative correctly working site (dartlang.org) but I have tested it with several different sites and it works as expected on all those sites. The only issues is pub.dev.
