*UPDATE: Placing the mouse vertically on the support material also works and seems to be much easier to achieve.

Poor man's Mouse Jiggler using only office stationery.
White paper
Black pen / felt tip pen
Eraser* (or any other thicker support material)

Note: *The support material depends on how closely the lines are drawn, the mouse model, pen nib thickness etc. Please experiment with materials of different thicknesses.
