For on-field characters who lack critical weapons and play with dendro reactions, this weapon can be used by Alhaitham or Keqing.
Overall, this weapon is an excellent support weapon and can be used by almost any sword-wielding character, even if you don't have the aforementioned characters. Characters like Albedo, Jean, Kaeya, or Bennett can use this weapon to buff their team's attack and the attack of your field DPS characters.
