This tutorial will show you how to clear the Microsoft Teams desktop application cache. Clearing the Microsoft Teams client cache is an effective way to help resolve issues with Microsoft Teams.
Instructions On How To Clear Microsoft Teams Cache
Step 1: Close the Teams Desktop app completely (including in your hidden icons on your Windows taskbar)
Step 2: Open the file explorer and navigate to:
%appdata%\Microsoft
Step 3: Delete the entire folder named "Teams"
Step 4: Open the Microsoft Teams Desktop app and sign-in
Step 5: Click the "..." to the left of your profile icon & click check for updates
