Below you can find examples on where to put everything inside of your hotbars in this example we made it on the gladiator class. You can do things fully manually and just not include the extra bits at the end. 7 seconds seems like enough time to use everything and you need it on every step since whenever you click a new macro it resets which cancels the previous step. The code stays basically the same in the beginning so you can copy and paste and just match the macro to your hotbar number.
Hotbar 1: Tanks ("2" on slot 5)
Hotbar 2: Healers ("2" on slot 5)
Hotbar 3: DPS ("2" on slot 7)
Hotbar 4: Additional ("2" on slot 12)
Hotbar 5: Range DPS ("2" on slot 9)
Hotbar 6: Jobs ("2" on slot 12)
Hotbat 7: Toggable bar + sign
Hotbar 8: multipurpose bar ("1" on slot 12)
Additional bars also use ("2" to close)
