January Mow & Blow: Allyn Hane Would Be Proud
I live at 4200 feet elevation East of the Cascades in Southern Oregon. In mid-January we are usually dealing with snow and ice every day but this year we had a warm spell and we've been flirting with 45-50 degree weather for roughly a week straight. Things really started to warm up and so I took the opportunity to pull my mower out to vacuum up all the misc tree debris that had fallen over the past 7-weeks and trim the tiniest bit of grass off the top.
I am looking forward to Spring but trying to enjoy the season we are in any way I can and be thankful for family and health.

I also used my 60V Toro Recycler mower because I was mowing on one of the lowest settings and the blade on that mower is the thickest and strongest of all the battery mowers I've tested in the past.

Spring is coming soon. Make sure to plan for the season and if you are considering getting a new mower then take a long hard look into the modern battery options on the market. They are all I use and I'm a big advocate for them.
