You know what I love about One Piece They go the extra mile to give new clothes to the characters, even for tiny arcs like this one I’m looking at you, you dirty orange jacket The new characters have cool designs and abilities They’re not memorable, but they’re ok Characters gets a 1 out of 2 the reason Luffy wants to help the new characters is because he literally wants them to cook for him so as you can see, the stakes of the arc are very low which isn’t a bad thing because the previous arc was really intense the story gets a decent 1 the fights generally have really decent choreography especially the last one against Shuzo that is great the action gets a good 1 the animation is consistent and the pacing is good listen, this arc is literally useless, but if you want a break you can enjoy a decent 5 out of 10 arc
