Unpopular opinion... Tonkatsu is better than Sushi. You can duke it out in the comments, but this pork cutlet, called Tonkatsu in Japan, was unreal. The restaurant which you can find in my full Tokyo Japan Food Tour Video (linked below) has been making this traditional Japanese meal for a long time, using supreme quality pork and with their bread crumbs achieving the desired consistency of "kendachi" or standing swords, for the perfect crunch.
