So, I’ve been using the Slate VSX headphones since August, and here’s the real question… are they actually a game-changer, or is it just hype? 🎧
I’ll keep it real—these are fun, but they’re not some instant mixing cheat code like some people say. In this video, I’ll talk about:
👉 Build quality (why is it all plastic for $499? lol)
👉 Comfort & durability (better than before, but still…)
👉 Sound quality (do they really need a bass boost?)
👉 The digital mixing rooms (my favorite part tbh)

Overall, these headphones have actually solved my apartment studio struggles since I can’t properly treat my room. No, they won’t magically make you a better mixer, but they’re fun to use and help keep things fresh.
