Electro-acupuncture and Cupping
Electro-acupuncture, similar to a TENS unit that physical therapists use, is a gentle adjunct to acupuncture for pain and circulatory problems. It can also be used to induce labor. Or perhaps you’ve seen circular cupping marks on Olympic athletes, like Michael Phelps, or movie stars, like Gwyneth Paltrow. If you’re curious, this video gives a brief introduction to both.
