Hawai'i Club 34th Annual Lūʻau "Ko Mo'olelo Kākou"
The Willamette University Hawai'i Club held the 34th Annual Lūʻau on April 27th in Cone Fieldhouse. The focus of the 2024 Lūʻau was "Ko Mo'olelo Kākou" which means "Our Stories." The food at dinner featured traditional and contemporary Hawaiian cuisine from poi to musubi. The live show featured performances from Hawai'i, Tahiti, Aotearoa, and Samoa. Each piece of hula, siva, song, etc. is a patchwork story in the fabric of who we are as Pacific Islanders.
