Guys, let's try this viral snack. Thank God, I found a great and super easy-to-copy recipe from Chef Soim Ahmad. If you're curious, you can check out his full recipe on YouTube with the same channel name. Okay, honestly, thank you so much for the pudding recipe, sir. I apologize, but with all due respect, this Indomie pudding recipe has been modified to suit the available ingredients and personal taste. I changed the color of the noodles to yellow. I cut the carrots into rounds. Then, I deliberately replaced the sweet milk vla with a savory version of coconut milk vla. I also increased the water by 50 ml so that one recipe yields more than 10 cups, hehe, moms always want lots, haha.
Well then, this pudding is not only beautiful, but also absolutely delicious. Especially when it's cold, it's so delicious as a midday snack. Oh my God, the sweet combination of mango pudding goes perfectly with the moist and savory coconut milk vla. Truly heavenly! In the market, I've seen Indomie pudding sold for Rp. 7,000 to 7,500 Rupiah, but sorry for the very simple appearance, not as elaborate as this version of Indomie pudding.
