How I bake polymer clay houses
By popular demand, I'm sharing how I bake polymer clay teahouses.

I'm wondering if the details, signs, grates, doors, etc. are made from polymer clay? I don't make everything from polymer clay; plastic is expensive, so I mostly use it for greenery and intricate, small details, like door handles. I readily use anything that can be made from other materials: paper, cardboard, paste, putty, and contour. I'll try to make a comprehensive video for you about doors, covering all the details.
The pastel faded after baking on polymer clay. Why? This could be due to the pigment becoming unstable during baking. In the video, I talked about how acrylic paints can darken... the same can happen with pastels. It's usually rare if the pastels and acrylic paints aren't of the best quality, depending on the pigments used by the manufacturer.
I have Sonnet pastels; the quality is average, and sometimes the color doesn't match after baking. Faber-Castell pastels are better for plasticine work. I'll definitely try them out.
I rarely use oil paints; those paints take a very long time to dry.
Are epoxy glue and epoxy resin the same thing? Yes, they are essentially the same thing; they both have good adhesive strength. The difference, as far as I know, is that epoxy resin, unlike glue, becomes perfectly transparent after drying and has a beautiful sheen. If you buy epoxy resin intended for jewelry, you can coat the pieces with epoxy. Resin can serve as a clear coating instead of varnish. Epoxy adhesive may have a cloudy appearance or a different color after drying, depending on its quality and cost.
When using epoxy adhesive or resin, they are sold in two bottles. Carefully follow the proportions and follow the instructions.
