Ian's Secure Knot for sweatpants – Professor Shoelace
Continuous loop drawstrings (as seen on some sweatpants) can be tied with a modified “Ian's Secure Knot”. Unlike the two loose ends of regular drawstrings, which most people tie with a regular shoelace knot (or secure variant), a continuous loop requires a slightly different technique.
