After re-checking the fuel and ignition systems, I decided to get into the timing belt and then a surprise awaited me. It turns out that few, or rather almost no one pays attention to the decompressor, which is located on the camshaft, and this is exactly the thing that spoiled the whole party. Do not panic, the decompressor can be repaired with your own hands at home.
The decompressor mechanism resembles in principle the bendix of a car starter, but unlike the bendix, it does not need to be flared.
