Solution:
You’ll need to allow storage permission for Sound Picker. Here’s how:
1. Go to Settings - Apps
2. Tap the three-vertical-dot Menu button - Show system apps
3. Find and tap Sound picker.
4. Tap Permission - Storage
5. And, select Allow
