Discord has several default settings that can expose more of your account than you might realize. In this video, I walk you through the privacy settings you should change right now, step by step.

We’ll cover direct messages from server members, friend requests, activity visibility, connected apps, linked accounts, voice and video privacy, and two-factor authentication.

If you want a more private Discord setup with fewer unwanted messages and less account exposure, these are the settings I would change first.
