Reporting an Incident
WSO allows users to create investigations for incidents and assign them to investigators. After an incident is created it goes to the investigator who then enters the details of the findings of the investigation. These details include the root cause of the incident, contribution factor(s), status, environmental damage, etc. Cause analysis is a very important feature of investigation management.
