We have a customer who is working with 26 ft. long c-channel. With a normal setup, they had to deal with a lot of refixturing not only because of the length of the material but also to drill on both ends of the channel. Using a right-angle tool on the FlexCNC, we were able to knock the application down to only 1 op and reduce the amount of time per part from 40 minutes to only 15 minutes!
