Hello this is Rob from Intermatic tech support. This quick clip video is going to show you how to set up the time and date on an ET2000 electronic control and how to enable or disable the Daylight Saving Time feature.
First, we’ll open up the door by opening the latch on the side. You are going to start by pressing the MODE button until you see the month flashing. Press + or - to select the current month and then press ENTER/NEXT.
To adjust the date, press + or - to select the current day of the month, and then press ENTER/NEXT again if you need to adjust the year.
In order to adjust your time, press the MODE button once. Press + or - to select the current time. If you hold either the plus or minus button, you can scroll through the digits quickly. Be sure to be cognizant of the a.m. and p.m. when setting the clock time.
Press MODE again. You’ll see DST in the corner. The default is ON. If you are in a state that does not observe DST, press + or – to change the setting to OFF. If it is set to OFF, and you do observe DST, press + to change the setting to ON.
Once you are done, press the MODE button. You’ll see AUTO on your screen and the current time. Go ahead and close the door and latch. Your set up is all completed.
