Sturgis Cheese Sculptor
While attending the grand opening of the new Sam's Club in Rapid City, SD on March 11, 2011, my son Alex and I came across "cheese artist" Sarah Nep carving a "Sturgis" logo into a 500 lb block of cheddar cheese.
