Roland TD-9 V-Drums - my 15 year old electronic drum kit
Filmed this to show my drummer, just in case we want to record demos at my place. It's still a decent kit, but has seen better days. Honestly, it's spent most of its life as a glorified shelf, especially back when I lived in utter chaos. Anyway, here's a look at the key features, followed by me embarrassing myself by attempting to play it. In hindsight, I probably should have worn shoes, but eh, if you really want feet, I recommend this: • Feet for @MadSimple... 5 6 7 8!
Oh yeah, the original hi-hat pedal that came with this kit was the FD-8. I've replaced it with the FD-9 which is a vastly superior design. They market it as being super quiet, but I think they know they messed up with the earlier model and addressing that is the real reason it exists.
