float is a CSS property that allows an element to be placed along the left or right side of its container, where text and inline elements will flow around it. The clear property is used to specify if an element should be next to a floated element or if it should be cleared below it.
Here's an example of using float and clear:
In this example, the first image will float to the left of the container, and the text will flow around it. The second image will float to the right, and the text will flow around it as well. The clear class is used to create a new block formatting context and will cause the element with the clear class to be below any floated elements, rather than beside them.
