This is a 'must view' vessel. The shear space afforded by her huge rear deck connecting on the same level as the massive salon via big opening double doors is unparalleled anywhere in this size vessel. To be clear, she is not a converted cray boat. She was purpose built by Commercial Hulls in Fremantle as a charter boat for 'Naughty' Don Rogers in 1977. She was extended from 48 feet to 55 feet years later and has been in private hands for the last nearly 20 years or so. This is a go anywhere, 'bulletproof' boat.
This boat was fully refitted back in 2005 at a cost of around $750,000. It included complete repower with new Cummins QSC 8.3 common rail Diesel engines, new gear boxes, shafts, propellers and rudders. The current owner has spared no expense in ensuring these engines (and the boat in general) are beautifully maintained and progressively improved.
