Steps
• Highlight the cells or range where you want to remove formatting.
• Click Format → Clear formatting from the top menu.
• (Shortcut) Use Ctrl + \ on Windows or Command + \ on Mac to quickly reset styles.
• Your text and numbers remain, but all colors, fonts, and borders are cleared.
• (Optional) Reapply a new style or theme once the format is cleared.
