Paragon Howitzer Universal deck! Attack and Speed build!
This is a simple deck with no affinity cards that Howitzer uses such as Fury and Intellect, this build focuses on energy damage and some attack speed. i'll work on a affinity deck for him as soon as i get some more cards to make a functioning deck, for now this will do.
