WRITTEN RECIPE
INGREDIENTS (2 Servings)
2 cups Whole Milk Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 tsp salt
Rose water syrup
Crushed pistachios
Edible dried rose petals
Substitutes for Rose water syrup
Simple Syrup
Honey
DIRECTIONS
Combine yogurt and salt together in a bowl
Scoop into a cheesecloth and place into a bowl
Use a wooden spoon over the the bowl and tie the cheesecloth to the spoon. This is to ensure the yogurt is elevated above the bottom of the bowl
Allow to strain in the fridge overnight. Up to 24 hours
After 24 hours, scoop desired amount of labneh into a bowl
Combine with rose water syrup then flatten the top to make it smooth
Drizzle more syrup over the yogurt
Sprinkle crushed pistachios and dried rose petals on top
