In this video, I will show you how to use Power Automate to enhance the monitoring and administration of your Microsoft 365 Services. See how you can automate crucial messages to stakeholders. This powerful solution is designed to help you proactively detect and react to any potential issues, which can significantly improve the customer experience. Via an Azure App registration and Graph API you will learn how to query data from the Health and Service Centre endpoints and bring that data into Power Platform, Microsoft Lists and Power Apps. Full walk through of setting this up as an Azure App registration, creating a bearer token and using it in Power Automate, plus expressions, Arrays and some tips and tricks. No longer do you need to keep an eye on the Message Centre.
