In this video, we continue Phase 4 of the Maxis Web System training, focusing on the Terms tab inside the Quotation Module.
The Terms tab is used to define all terms, conditions, and important remarks that appear in the quotation proposal. These notes typically include legal, operational, and commercial information to ensure the client clearly understands the conditions of the offer.
In this tutorial, we explain how to add terms manually by defining the subject, detailed content, and language, as well as how to import predefined terms and conditions templates from the Defaults section. We also demonstrate how to filter notes by language to manage multilingual quotations more efficiently.
Using the Terms tab helps standardize quotation policies, reduce manual work, and ensure consistent communication of important conditions across all proposals.
