How to Set Up the DHT11 Humidity and Temperature Sensor on an Arduino
Let's learn how to Interface DHT11 Sensor Module with Arduino. DHT11 is an low cost digital temperature and humidity Sensor. This sensor provide 20-80% humidity readings with 5% accuracy and 0-50°C temperature readings ±2°C accuracy. We will learn first how to add simpleDHT library in Arduino IDE. Later on we will write arduino program to read temperature and humidity data from DHT11 Sensor Module.
This video will show you how to set up the DHT11 humidity and temperature sensor on your Arduino. I talk a little about how the humidity sensor works, and how to set it up to output readings to the Arduino serial monitor.
