How to Change Default Transition in Adobe Premiere Pro
Here's how to change your default transition in Premiere Pro.
Step 1:
Open the Effects panel and navigate to Video Transitions.
Step 2:
Identify your current default transition (marked with blue highlight).
Step 3:
Right-click your preferred transition and select "Set Selected as Default Transition".
Your new default transition is now set. This transition will automatically apply when using keyboard shortcuts like Ctrl+D between clips.
