"Live and Learn" fits PERFECTLY with Split/Second
The Sonic franchise to me has always been kind of bland; it's pretty much the same thing every game: A blue hedgehog goes fast. No sense of innovation in the series from what I've seen. That said, I did enjoy "Sonic and the Secret Rings" and "Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing" when I was young, and there's no denying that the best part of the series is the music. Crush 40 and Ted Poley seriously kill the competition for the best soundtracks in Sonic games, such as Sonic Adventure, Sonic Adventure 2, and Sonic Heroes.
So why not put that with the explosive action of Split/Second? Like the other music mashups, I made this dynamic based on the number of laps completed, which led to me using the instrumental symphony for "Live and Learn" after the 3rd lap. And I'm pretty happy with the result! I hope you guys enjoy!
