In the spring of 2018, we began construction of our one-story house. The foundation is a concrete slab, which we poured ourselves with the help of a few friends. The walls are made of d500-density aerated concrete blocks measuring 300 x 200 x 625 mm, making the wall thickness only 200 mm. The house has a gable roof made of single-layer asphalt shingles. The area of the house is 85 m2, not including the terrace.
In March 2019, we moved into our aerated concrete house. At that time, one of the rooms was partially finished. There was no heating in the house; we used a convector heater.
