ReaComposer Tutorial 4 - midi phrases (REAPER)
Midi phrases may only contain notes from the Cmaj or A minor scale. The white keys on the keyboard.
The phrases can be monophonic or polyphonic.
In this example, the A minor phrase is transposed to Emaj7. The "PHRASE" button transposes +4 semitones upwards, which means that it actually transposes the parallel major key of A minor , namely C major to E major.
