Jeffrey Nuccetelli is a former U.S. Air Force Security Forces officer with 16 years of active duty service. Stationed at Vandenberg Air Force Base in the early 2000s, he was responsible for protecting some of the most sensitive missile defense installations in the country. His career placed him at the center of multiple security incidents involving unidentified aerial phenomena, experiences that shaped his later decision to testify publicly before Congress. Today, he is one of the few former service members speaking openly about UAP encounters that occurred on base and the culture of silence that followed.
Chaz King: served 13.5 years in the U.S. Air Force as a member of the Security Forces. His duty stations included Vandenberg Air Force Base (California), RAF Lakenheath (United Kingdom), and Robins Air Force Base (Georgia). He deployed to Prince Sultan Air Base (Saudi Arabia), a classified location in Bahrain, Kandahar Airfield (Afghanistan), and Bagram Airfield (Afghanistan). While stationed at Vandenberg from 2000 to 2007, he served under and alongside Jeffrey Nuccetelli, who was his supervisor from 2000 to 2004.
Leslie Kean is an investigative journalist and author of the New York Times bestseller UFOs: Generals, Pilots, and Government Officials Go On the Record. Leslie and reporter Ralph Blumenthal have contributed articles to The New York Times on UFOs/UAP for seven years, beginning with a 2017 game-changing front-page story about a secret Pentagon UFO program. In 2023, they broke the David Grusch story in The Debrief which helped facilitate an open Congressional hearing. Leslie's over two decades of mainstream reporting on UFOs has been profiled in The New Yorker and adapted into documentaries, most notably two seasons of "UFOs: Investigating the Unknown" (Nat Geo/VICE, 2025) for which she is also a producer. Her award-winning 2017 book "Surviving Death: A Journalist Investigates Evidence for an Afterlife" was the basis for a six-part documentary series (Netflix , 2021). Earlier in her career, following her breakout story in The Boston Globe about a French military report on UFOs, Leslie was the plaintiff in a landmark five-year FOIA federal lawsuit against NASA over the 1965 Kecksburg crash, with support from John Podesta.
