[SW: HowTo:] - configure NTP server (linux) and sync with any windows machine

I had a problem with NTP server on my job so i decided to make (setup and configure) ntp server
Now all my linux machines are synced to my server (which syncs to NTP server that is in my hometown)
Windows part is so that (if you don't have a domain) you can sync all of your PCs to it.
