This video demonstrates how to clone a virtual machine on ESXi without vCenter.
With vCenter, and provided you use the vCenter interface, you simply right-click on the machine you want to clone. However, without vCenter, or using the personal version, the process is different but no more complicated.
Don't worry, even when connected to the ESXi server with VMware Workstation, you won't be able to do it any better using it!
