Five years ago, an international review of ASEAN naval ships was held in Pattaya, Kingdom of Thailand. Twenty-five ships from 18 countries participated. Bad weather couldn't spoil the celebration; the Russian sailors showed their mettle, despite the puddles, completing their mission with dignity and making a lasting impression.
