💥 How to Unlock
The Force Triangulated trophy is one of the most charming Easter eggs in It Takes Two, paying homage to The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
🕹️ Steps to Unlock the Trophy:
1️⃣ Find the River and Boat:
In the Gates of Time section, look for a river-like channel with a wooden boat sitting on rails near a small pier.
The boat is large enough for both players.
2️⃣ Ride the Boat:
Both players need to hop into the boat.
Once both are inside, it will begin to move automatically along the rail through a tunnel.
3️⃣ Locate the Cave Building:
As you travel, you’ll enter a dimly lit cave area.
Look toward the right-hand side of the cave to spot a small building with a doorway.
4️⃣ Enter the Building:
Have one player walk inside the building to trigger the trophy unlock.
The trophy will pop immediately for the player who enters.
🧩 Tips & Notes
💡 Co-op Note:
The trophy only unlocks for the player who enters the building.
To ensure both players earn it, simply have the second player enter right after the first.
💡 Bonus Easter Egg:
Inside the building, you’ll find an almost exact replica of the infinite rupee farm room from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time! 💎
There are even breakable pots with rupees inside — a direct nod to one of gaming’s most iconic pastimes.
💡 Fun Detail:
The trophy’s title — “Force Triangulated” — is a clever reference to the Triforce, and the description’s “breathe some wind into your ocarina” line nods to The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword.
