24:08 Because of changes, made to the discord api, fetching the number of online members is no longer possible in the way described. It now requires "privileged intents" :https://stackoverflow.com/questions/6...
Adding them to the code isn't that hard but I wanted to keep video as consistent as possible, so I just removed the maxUsers parameter along with the properties used to calculate it.
