Hello my lovelies!!! Here's a little reminder for you if you're having a rough day or are struggling to find the positives in your life. When I was struggling with loving myself... it was SO HARD to even appreciate the little things that bring me joy in my life. I like to call them Little Joys :)

There's so many things that bring us moments of peace, calm and joy in our lives. The thing is that we usually don't pay attention to them. You know the saying, "You don't know what you got till it's gone"? Actually... I'm pretty sure that's a lyric from an 80's rock song. But you get it, right? Sometimes we don't even notice the little things that bring us happiness until we lose them. For example, getting a hug from a friend, the feeling of sand beneath your feet or having a phone call with your mom or dad.

Joy doesn't have to be LOUD. It doesn't have to be big. We can find moments of happiness in our everyday lives - we just need to be present for them and not let the stressors of our lives get in the way of us appreciating these moments.

I hope this video helped and served as a way to reflect on what the Little Joys in your life are. It took me a while to appreciate the little things, but now I hold on to those little moments of peace, especially when I'm having a tough day.

Love you guys!

*WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT ME?*

My name’s Natassia and my goal is to make women feel like they can feel stylish at any age and size. I’ve always been passionate about fashion, but I also am ALL ABOUT self-love and self-care, which is the reason I started this channel! I wanted to bring two things I really care about together: fashion and self-love. I want every woman to feel comfortable in her own skin, because I spent many years uncomfortable in mine… and fashion is one of the things that helped me come out of my shell.
