How to revoke app permissions to restrict access to user data in Office 365 Admin Center
1. Go to Office 365 Admin Center
2. Click on "Install my software"
3. Go to "App permissions"
4. You can revoke the app permission only for those apps, which haven't been assigned to you as part of any subscription
5. Pick an app and click on "Revoke" button, below the app name
6. Click "OK" and you're done!
