Mead Affogato:
Make a bain marie (fill large tin with hot water, float small tin in water)
Pour mead into small tin to heat
Add ice cream to glass
Pour your heated mead over the ice cream

Nord Mead:
.25 tsp. ground cardamom
1" fresh ginger grated
Zest of an oragne
Some cloves
1 cinnamon stick
