Opposite Day: “Please Be Gone” A Hilarious Twist on ‘We Belong’ | Mandy Prater
During a recent Twitch stream, my community hit a Hype Train goal and voted for a unique challenge: Opposite Day. Take a song from my request list and rewrite the lyrics to mean the opposite. What started as a fun experiment with Lowen & Navarro's song "We Belong" (in the style of Pat Benatar) turned into a full parody about banning trolls from the stream.
It was all in good fun, and the result? A totally unexpected, hilarious take on a beloved song!
