The film is "Freeway" and I still think this is Reese Witherspoon at her best. I caught this on cable one night after I came home drunk and it really freaked me out, just like an awesome cult movie should. Watching Vanessa bitch slap that 6'3" cop put me on the floor I was laughing so hard! Enjoy!
