This FM24 tactics 4-2-3-1 setup emphasizes high pressing, possession-based football, and lightning-fast transitions. Here’s a quick overview of how you’ll want to set up each role to make this tactic unbeatable in your FM career save:
Goalkeeper: Sweeper Keeper (Support) – Distributes the ball quickly and plays a key role in the buildup.
Full-backs: Wing-Backs (Support/Attack) – They push up high to provide width, supporting attacks and overlapping with the inside forwards.
Center-backs: Ball-Playing Defenders (Defend) – These defenders play a crucial role in starting attacks from deep, distributing to midfield or the wings.
