How To Use Radial Blur - Photoshop Tutorial
In this week's photoshop tutorial, Manni will show you how to apply wheel movement on your virtual rig or car rig shots. He will be applying a blur filter technique with the radial blur filter. First of it's our mission to create a decent round selection around the wheel, then stretch it and an apply the filter. Once that is done, we're moving the wheel back into it's original position and create a mask layer. In order to get rid of the excess blur!
