During the Archon quest "Inversion of Genesis" ending traveller hears some unrecognised voice, it could be the Hydro Archon the god of justice. The archon guides traveller about the next challenges and says "believe in only what you see" these kinds of words can only be heard from someone who believes in facts and reality so there is 90% chance the voice could be of the Hydro Archon.
Focalors is the current Hydro Archon. One of the seven regions in Teyvat ,Fontaine.
