How to quickly thaw frozen meat?
If you want your frozen meat to thaw quickly, there's a very easy formula you can use. Sprinkle plenty of coarse salt, the kind you use for pickling, over the meat. After waiting 15-20 minutes, you'll see that the meat has thawed. Because salt melts ice very quickly. Rinse off the excess salt with water. Dry with paper towels. You can confidently use your thawed meat in your dishes.
