🧁Panettone Muffins
Ingredients:
3 eggs
100 grams of sugar
Zest of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 teaspoon of sweet bread essence
100 ml of milk
100 ml of oil
300 g of all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons of baking powder
70 g of chocolate chips
40 g of walnuts
40 g of raisins
For the glaze:
4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
Lemon juice as needed
